Electro-Therapy

Lhasa OMS carries a variety of Electro-Therapy devices and accessories for use in your practice. Whether you're looking for a Piezo, a TENS unit or a Pointer Excel, we have something for you. We also carry a wide array of accessories to use with these devices. To comply with FDA guidelines, the terms "point detection or location" have been replaced with "skin impedance monitoring" for those electro-therapy devices which may offer this feature.

CAUTION
Federal Law (USA) restricts TENS, EMS and Micro-Current devices to sale by or on the order of a licensed physician. Electro-therapy devices are sold only to qualified practitioners. Effectiveness is dependent on patient selection. Keep out of reach of children.


CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use any electro-therapy device for the following: on patients with cardiac pacemakers of any type, over the carotid sinus area, near or around the eyes, near or around the heart, transcerebrally, transthoracically, to remove pain syndromes until etiology has been established, on pregnant women, over or near a known or suspected malignancy, on patients who have skin diseases, on patients who have implants of any electrical nature, and on patients with cardiac disease.
